  of New Zealand. The company may in accordance with the

  laws of New Zealand carry on the business of banking and

  provide financial services and may issue securities to the

  public outside New Zealand.

 

The company complies with all international KYC 

  (Know-Your-Client) regulations while emphasising

  stringent client confidentiality.

 

Most operations and client relations are outsourced to

  Hatfield Oak International.
